Cheron Everett Wardlaw

Executive Director

Ms. Wardlaw brings over 15 years of experience as a plaintiff-side litigator, legal project manager, and administrator to CLEF. She has been with the Wilmington plaintiff’s firm Grant & Eisenhofer for many of those years, where she litigated securities, consumer protection, antitrust, and most recently environmental law cases, with a particular focus on e-discovery issues and best practices.

In her role as Executive Director, Ms. Wardlaw will assist the CLEF Board of Directors in continuing to develop their multi-year growth strategy and bring new and exciting ways to further position CLEF as a valued resource for plaintiffs’-side litigators and to the complex litigation bar as a whole.

“I’m honored to be working with CLEF as its next Executive Director. CLEF has been a valuable educational resource and a needed impactful organization in e-discovery issues for the plaintiffs’ bar. I hope to help CLEF go the next level as its offers more educational tools, collaborative platforms and opportunities that enable plaintiffs’ bar to bring their voice to issues of e-discovery before the court.”

Ms. Wardlaw is a graduate of Widener University Law School and the former Pro Se Clerk for United Stated District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She can be reached at cheron.wardlaw@complexlitigatione-discovery.com and welcomes CLEF’ers to contact her with any questions, opinions and ideas that they believe would benefit CLEF’s mission to be a positive and impactful force.
