Whitney Street is a partner in the law firm of Block & Leviton LLP and heads the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group.
She focuses her practice on antitrust class action litigation and has been appointed Co-Lead Counsel on behalf of a class of indirect purchaser plaintiffs in In re Domestic Drywall Antitrust Litig., 13-md-02437 (E.D. Pa.) and in In re Thalomid & Revlimid Antitrust Litig., 14-cv-0667 (D.N.J.) and serves on the Steering Committee in In re Packaged Seafood Antitrust Litig., 15-md-02670 (S.D.Cal.) and in In re Liquid Aluminum Sulfate Antitrust Litig., 16-md-02687 (D.N.J.).
Whitney co-founded and formerly co-chaired AAJ’s Antitrust Litigation Group and has served as a member of the Law360 Competition Law Editorial Review Board for the last three years. She has also served as a faculty member for the Georgetown Law Advanced eDiscovery Institute, authoring Technology Assisted Review: Disclosure of Training Sets and Related Transparency Issues (2014), and is actively engaged in developing new methodology for the forensic examination of data, including with respect to analyses of telephonic data and data related to bid rigging.
